blown away by science
okay, so i don't understand much more than the adjectives in this article, but the photos are mind blowing. apparently, this is a particle accelerator so large it resides in both france and switzerland. it can collide particles faster than anything anyone ever dreamt about...i think that's a good thing.

There is fear that once this accelerator is turned on it will create a black hole so their is a lawsuit pending to keep it turned off.
